1 large Strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pint of strawberries, frozen
Crust:
2 3/4 cups pretzels ; crushed
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
Filling:
8 ounces of cream cheese
4 ounces Cool Whip
3/4 cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the pretzels, butter, and ¾ cup sugar. Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

2. For filling, in a small bowl, beat whipped topping, cream cheese, and ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Spread over pretzel crust. Refrigerate until chilled.

3. For the topping, dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in frozen strawberries; chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over the filling. Chill until firm. Cut into squares; if desired, serve with additional whipped topping and pretzels.

I know it is easy to find this recipe all over the internet but I still enjoy the proportions that this one uses.
