2 ¼ c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded, divided
4 oz diced green chiles
3 T all purpose flour
2 ¼ c milk
5 eggs, lightly beaten

Toppings:
Sour Cream
Ripe olives, sliced
Green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Sprinkle ¾ c cheese onto bottom of lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with chiles and remaining cheese.

Place flour in medium bowl. Gradually add milk stirring until smooth. Stir in eggs; pour mixture over cheese.

Bake for 45 to 60 min or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Serve with toppings.
