10 ounces small, white, fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise in thirds(halved if small)
1/2 to 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing or Herb Vinaigrette
1/2 cup feat cheese, finely crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Brush all the visible dirt from the mushrooms. Trim the woody tip of the stem ends. Slice the mushrooms lengthwise in thirds, or in half if they are small.

Place the mushrooms in a plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. Add the dressing and feta cheese, cover, and shake back and forth gently two or three times to mix. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Serve with toothpicks or with forks on small plates.
