2 Cups sliced mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup butter
6 TBS. flour
3- 6 oz. cans chopped or minced clams (reserve juice)
2 Cups light cream
1/2 c. fresh parmesan cheese
2 TBS. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Stir in flour gradually, add clam juice and cream. Stir until thick. Add rest. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
