Spice Blend:
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsps. granulated sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsps. kosher salt
dash black pepper

Directions:
Mix spices to make spice blend. Bring ribs to room temperature (ribs become more tender and soak up the seasoning flavour). Season ribs, coating both sides. Wrap in tin foil (to catch any juices which is added later to BBQ sauce) which allows them to steam and become tender. Cook 300º F for 2 hours. Cut ribs between each bone, baste with BBQ sauce; grill or broil to finish ribs.
