1 cup flour
½ cup softened butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Mix and pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes or so. Don't burn.
Layer 1
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
½ of a 12 oz. container of Cool Whip
Beat cream cheese and sugar well. Add Cool Whip and put on COOLED crust.
Layer 2 and 3
2 small pkg. chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk Beat and mix well.
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding with 3 cups milk Beat and mix well.
May use any flavors if you would like. You may also skip these two steps and use 1 pkg. junket and use fresh strawberries or raspberries.
Pour chocolate mixture over Layer 1. Then vanilla mixture over chocolate layer
Topping:
Put on remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding. Add nuts or chocolate curls. Refrigerate.
