3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups of grated apples

Topping;
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Blend together cutting in butter

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs milk oil and vanilla. Mix all together with wooden spoon. Put into liners in muffin tin then top with topping.
Bake at 400º for 20 to 25 minutes
