6 lbs of Powder Sugar
2 14oz. Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 sticks of Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Vanilla Extract
A Pinch of Salt

20oz. Mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
¾ cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Soften butter. In a large bowl add half sugar to milk, vanilla, and butter. Mix together slowly adding rest of sugar. Then mix with your hands till it's Not sticking to your hands. Once mixed form into balls then flatten into a circle patty. Or you Can make into bars. Egg shape or use a cookie cutter on flat pieces To make fun shapes. Place on a parchment lined surface. Let them hardened, this can take about 24 hours. If it crumbs when trying to form them add more butter. It should be able to hold a shape better.

Chocolate Ganache:
Microwave Cream to just before a boil. Pour over chocolate chips and Stir till melted. Add more cream on mixture if it is to thick. Or more chips If it is to loose. Spoon chocolate over the candy and let it stand for at least 4 hrs or more till chocolate sets.

Kids will bounce with this sweet treat. 🤹 You can use food coloring to color the candy. It should keep in a container for up to 2 weeks. You can also add nuts and/or coconut. Roast them for better flavor.
