1/2 C mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can pineapple tidbits -- make sure to save the juice
1 C. green pepper, diced
1/2 C chopped onions
2 C diced cooked ham
1 1/2 C grated swiss cheese
3 C cooked rice
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
I large bowl, blend mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, and 1/2 C pineapple juice.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into greased 2 qt casserole dish
Sprinkle with paprika

Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 30 minutes.
