"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Add all the dry ingredients together then add the wet together. Mix well with big spoon.
Put plastic wrap on top of bowl and put in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Then roll and cut with your favorite Christmas cookie cutter shape. I use round and heart shape.
Bake at 325º on parchment paper cookie sheet.

For frosting I use 2 cups of icing sugar to 2 egg whites. Dip tops and leave to set so not sticky.
I also on the heart shape cookie , drizzle chocolate, again I like Dr Otker chocolate from the deli.
