4 cups flour
1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 pkg. dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter unto 3 cups flour with a pastry blender. Add the eggs, milk, and yeast. Beat and add the additional cup of flour. Place dough in covered bowl overnight in refrigerator. To make rolls, divide dough into fifths and roll unto 9 inch circles. Spread with melted butter. Cut each circle into eighths as you would a pie. Roll from outer edge into center to make crescents. Let rise 1½ hours. Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar glaze, will need to be a little thick..
