2 packets unflavored gelatin
1 C cold water
1.5 C boiling water
2/3 C sugar
1/2 C lemon juice
1/4 t salt
3/4 C Sherry

Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Add rest of ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
