5-6 lb Chuck or arm roast
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 envelope Au Jus gravy mix or brown gravy mix
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour the broth and juice into slow cooker.
2. Add roast.
3. Sprinkle mixes over roast
4. Top with butter and pepperoncinis
5. Cook on low 8-10 hours

If cooking in instant pot, cook on high pressure for 90 minutes. Turn warming cycle off. Allow to natural release for 15 minutes, the switch to quick release.

This is another recipe that I have made in both the instant pot and slow cooker, and prefer the texture from the slow cooker. This has really good flavor and would be yummy for a nice Sunday dinner.
