Ingredients:  
2 - 4 breasts of chicken
1 green pepper, seeds removed and cut into thin slices
1 large onion, cut in half, then into thin slices
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the green pepper and onion.
In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Cover the chicken with the green pepper & onion slices. Pour the soup over the top. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Cover the baking dish with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
