3 eggs
1 cup squash
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
sprinkle of nutmeg
1+1/2 cup milk

unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Mix all ingredients together & blend well until mixture is creamy & smooth

Pour into pie shell

Bake for 10 minutes, then lower temp to 350º & bake for about 50 minutes until center of custard is firm
