1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 egg white, beaten stiff
baked pie shell

3 egg whites
6 TB sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix Condensed milk, egg yolks & lime juice together

Beat 1 egg white until stiff.

Fold into above mixture

Pour into baked pie shell

Beat 3 egg whites & gradually add sugar & cream of tartar

Spread over filling, forming peaks & sealing around the edges.

Bake until peaks are golden brown
