Ingredients:  
1 cup whole milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
6 TB flour (slightly more)
2 cups sugar ( a little less)
1/2 tsp salt
6 eggs
3 oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1 TB lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 fresh lemon, sliced thin
small container heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender mix milks, water, flour, sugar & salt

Cook in microwave on high from 10 to 12 minutes, until thick

Let custard cool then put half of the cooled custard in blender & add cream cheese

Blend, then gradually add lemon juice'

Pour the rest of the custard into blender & add vanilla

Add one slice at a time of lemon to blender until all have been blended into custard

Frappe until smooth. Pour into a freezer container & freeze until mixture is cold but not frozen solid,

Add container of whipped cream , mix well & put back into freezer until solid
