"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Put a trivet in the inner liner pot of your pot. Add the water or juice, liquid smoke, and apple cider vinegar.

Prepare the ribs by removing membrane and coating with dry rub. Roll ribs into a C shape (meaty side facing in) and place on trivet. Cover and set vent to sealing position. Pressure cook for 25 min and let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet, coat with sauce and broil on 400º for a few minutes until sauce is bubbly.
