Ingredients:  
1+ 1/2 cup cream
4 TB confectionary sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 TB butter
6 TB cocoa
4-5 TB hot water
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cream, confectionary sugar & vanilla

Melt butter & cocoa over a double boiler, then cool.

Pour HOT water over sugar & salt, stirring until dissolved.

Mix everything together until smooth then frost Dutch Cocoa Cream Cake
