2 cups cut up apples (2-3 apples)
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Pour sugar over apples & let set for 30 minutes.

Blend in the rest of the ingredients

Pour batter into a greased Angel food cake pan.

Bake 1 hour.

After cooling upside down, turn right side up on serving dish
