5 small apples, cut into cubes
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

let apples & sugar stand for 10 minutes

Blend melted butter & eggs into apple mixture

Mix all dry imgredientstogether & stir into apple mixture.

Stir in nuts & raisins

Spread into 13 x 9" pan

Bake 50 minutes

Cool 10 minutes then sprinkle sugar on top
