4 (4 ounce each) cod fillets
1/4 Idahoan roasted garlic mashed Potato flakes

Preheat oven to 400

Spread 1 tsp pesto on each fillet

Coat entire fillet in Potato flakes

Bake 10 minutes, broil another 3-4 minutes until crispy
