1 pound fish, walleye, perch, pike, cod
1/4 cup milk
1 cup potato chips, crushed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp thyme, dried
1 tbls bread crumbs
2 tbls butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place milk in shallow bowl.

In another shallow bowl, combine chips, cheese, and thyme.

Dip fish into milk, then coat with chip mixture

Sprinkle a greased 8 inch square baking dish with bread crumbs. Place fish over crumbs, drizzle with butter.

Bake uncovered at 500 for 12-14 min or untl fish flakes easily with a fork.
