2 cups peeled, thinly sliced peaches
3 tbls lemon juice
4 cups sugar
1 package (1 3/4 ounce) powdered pectin
1 cup water

In a bowl combine peaches and lemon juice, using a fork or pastry blender, crush fruit

Stir in sugar and let set 20 minutes stirring occasionally

In a sauce pan combine pectin and water . Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute, remove from heat and, Pour peaches into hot pectin mixture, stir for 2 minutes. Pour into clean jars, seal and let set at room temperature for about 1 hour or until fruit is set. Freeze
