1 can pumpkin
3 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup melted butter

Cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. 9 x 13 cake pan.

Beat all the ingredients except for cake mix and butter. Pour mixture into cake pan. Sprinkle with the dry cake mix. sprinkle on nuts if desired. then drizzle with the 1/2 cup melted butter over the top.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º.

Top each piece with Cool Whip when serving.
