2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 cup warm water

3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBSP salt
2 TBSP lard
1 egg
4 3/4 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast together with the 1 cup warm water. Set aside.

Mix together: hot water, sugar, salt and lard. Cool slightly then add yeast mixture. add in 1 beaten egg. Add 2 1/2 cups flour.

Mix together with electric mixer. Knead in 2 3/4 cup flour. Let this rise over night in the refrig. Form into balls.

Place in 3 greased 9 inch round pans. Let rise. Bake 20 minutes at 350º.
