2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 TB water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Put egg whites, sugar,corn syrup, water, cream of tartar & salt in the top of a double boiler.

Cook over rapidly boilingwater , beating with mixer until mixture stands in peaks.

Remove from heat & beat in vanilla, beating until mixture is thick enough to spread
