2+1/4 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda & salt in a large bowl

Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil & vanilla in small bowl. Mix well

Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened

Spread batter into greased 13 x 9 pan.

Make filling by combining cream cheese, egg & sugar in a small bowl

Make topping by combining coconut, nuts, sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl.

Top batter with heaping teaspoons of filling. Swirl with knife to marblize. Sprinkle with topping

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes

Cool on wire rack
