2/3 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
7 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal crushed to 3 cups
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup ReaLemon juice
1 (21oz) can lemon pie filling
1 (14 oz) can fruit cocktail (drained)
2 cups whipped topping

Preheat oven to 300º

In medium saucepan melt butter. stir in sugar, then crumbs. Reserve 1/3 cup for garnish.

Pat crumbs firmly in bottom of 13 x 9 pan

Bake 12 minutes then cool

In large bowl mix condensed milk& lemon juice. Stir in pie filling& friutcocktail'

Pour over cooled crust & top with whipped topping & resrved crumbs

Freeze for 4 hours. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before you want to cut
