1 cup butter
1/3 cup SIFTED confectionary sugar
1 egg yolk
1 TB brandy
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup cranberry-orange sauce or whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Cream butter until fluffy.

Stir in sugar, egg yolk & brandy

Stir in flour. Chill wrapped dough for 2-3 hours

Roll dough into 1" balls & place on ungreased cookie sheets

Press center to make a hollow

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until pale brown

While still warm, spoon cranberry sauce into center of cookies
