2 cups low-fat Cottage Cheese
3 - 8 oz. Cream cheese ( can be light processed cream cheese product)
1+1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 TB flour
4 eggs
2 egg whites
1/3 cup skim milk
2 tsp finely shredded orange peel
1/2 tsp vanilla
Orange Sauce
2 oranges, sectioned

Bake 375º

Place cottage cheese into blender or food processor & blend until smooth.

Transfer to a large mixing bowl & add cream cheese, sugar, cocoa & flour.Beat with electric mixer on medium speed just until blended.

Add eggs & whites; beat on low speed just until blended.DO NOT OVERBEAT

Add skim milk, orange peel, & vanilla. Turn into ungreased 9" springform pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until set. Cool for 15 minutes.

Loosen sides of cheesecake with a spatula & let cool 30 minutes more before removing from pan

Transfer to serving dish or TWcake taker, seal & chill in refrigerator for atleast 2 hours

Make ORANGE SAUCE:
in a saucepan combine 2 TB sugar &1 TB cornstarch. Stir 1 cup orange juice & cook until thickened & bubbly. Cook & stir 2 minutes more. Let cool completely before spooning over cheesecake.
