1 c craisins
3 c turkey broth
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 c butter
1 pan prepared cornbread
black pepper
1/2 c finely minced celery
1 medium onion finely minced
poultry seasoning to taste
sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine craisins with 1 cup broth and set aside. In a large skillet crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Drain sausage and place in large bowl. Add butter to skillet and melt. Scrape up any bits of sausage. Add veggies and saute until soft about 10-15 minutes. Crumble cornbread into bowl with sausage. Add cooked veggies. Add craisins with broth and mix well. Add additional broth cup at a time and continue to mix until all bread is moist. Season with pepper. Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 35-45 minutes.
