1 chocolate cookie pie shell
1 c peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 c sugar
12 oz cool whip
1 jar Smucker's Hot Fudge
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in 3 cups of cool whip. Spoon mixture into pie shell using a spatula to spread to edges of pie. Reserving 2 Tbsp of fudge, place remaining fudge sauce in microwave and heat for 1 minute. Stir, spread over pie to cover peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until firm and time to serve. Just before serving, spread remaining cool whip over pie being careful not to mix layers. Heat remaining fudge and drizzle over pie. Do the same with 2 Tbsp peanut butter going in the opposite direction than the chocolate. Keep refrigerated.
