2 medium sized potatoes
2 - 3 tsp. olive oil
ice water
spice (salt, garlic powder etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean potato and slice very thin (between 1/8 - 1/16 inch thick)
Place in ice water.
Dry both sides of chips on paper towels.
Line a plate with a piece of parchment paper. Lay the slices out so they don't touch. Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt or whatever season you like.
Microwave approximately 2-1/2 minutes, then flip, season and microwave the other side 1 - 2 minutes.
