4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. parsley
½ cup vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for several hours.

I use this marinade mostly for venison that are about 1/4 inch thick. Great tasting! Really love this, and so does Heather.
