2½ C almond flour
6 TAB butter, softened
½ C sugar
1 Tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffly.

Beat in vanilla.

Beat in flour ½ C at a time.
Dough will be crumbly but should stick together when pressed.

Put in Short bread pan, press down, prick dough with fork.

Bake 350º for 12 minutes, until edges are golden.
