Ingredients:  
3-4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts (cut into serving size pieces)
2 Cups Plain Yogurt
2 1/2 Cups Crushed Ritz Crackers
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Season Salt
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together
Dip Chicken pieces in yogurt, then coat in Ritz mixture
Put in sprayed baking dish
(optional) drizzle melted butter on top
Bake @ 350º for 50 minutes
