Melt and put in mixing bowl:
1 C chocolate chips

Add:
1 C powdered sugar
⅓ C oil

Add:
2 beaten eggs
1 Tsp vanilla

Combine & add:
1 C flour
1 Tsp baking powder
¼ Tsp salt

Stir in:
½ C chopped nuts if desired

Chill dough

Drop by teaspoons in powdered sugar and roll to coat

Bake 350º on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes
