2 - 3 oz. pkgs Lime gelatin
2 cups BOILING water
1+1/4 cup COLD water
1 - 8 oz. can sliced pineapple, drained
1 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 TB vinegar
1/4 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring until dissolved completely.

Add cold water & vinegar

Chill until thickened - about 1+1/2 hours

Pour half the thickened jello into a 9 x 5 loaf pan

Arrange 3 pineapple slices on top.

Fold banana slices into 1 cup of thickened jello & spoon into pan.

Chill until set, but not firm - about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, blend mayonnaise into remaining gelatin with a fork until smooth. Stir in celery & spoon into pan. Chill until firm - about 4 hours

Invert onto a lettace lined serving plate
