1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg Royal pistachio pudding
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup 7-up or club soda

FROSTING:
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1+1/2 cup COLD milk
1 pkg pistachio pudding

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or more if desired)
1/2 cup coconut ( or more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

.Mix all ingredients together & put in a well greased Bundt pan or 13 x 9 oblong pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes

Let cake cool completely before removing from pan & frosting

Make frosting by mixing Dream whip & cold milk. Beat until stiff then add pudding

Cover frosted cake with nuts & coconut or Mom used to mix nuts & coconut INTO frosting then spread on to cooled cake.
