3 bags Puffcorn (like
Chester's)
2 sticks salted real butter
144 cups brown sugar firmly
packed
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place puffed corn in a disposable roasting pan. In a medium size pan melt butter, sugar and syrup, bringing mixture to a low boil until totally bubbly and sugar is dissolved. Remove from
heat. Add baking soda and stir. (Mixture will turn fluffy and foam up.) Pour sauce over the Puffcorn, mixing gently to coat all puffs. Bake in a 250 oven for 45 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes. Pour out onto wax paper to cool. Break into bite-size pieces while still warm.
