1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1+1/4 cup chopped prunes
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven from 325º

Sift together the flour, baking powder & salt.

Beat eggs until foamy.

Gradually beat sugar & vanilla.

Continue beating until ivory colored.

Fold in flour mixture in two additions.

Add prunes & walnuts & fold in.

Turn into a greased 8 x 8 pan that has been lined with waxed paper.

Bake 30 minutes or until top has dull crest & cake tester comes out clean.
