1 cup dates
1 cup raisins
* oz. jar Dromedary fruits
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 salt
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4+1/2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Rinse raisins, cover with water & cook for 3 minutes - let cool.

Combine raisins, fruit, dates, nuts, & flavoring then let stand.

Cream butter, add sugar & cream thoroughly.

Add beaten eggs & mix

Add flour sifted with spices, salt, b. powder & soda. Mix well

Add fruit & stir until fruit is well distributed. Let stand 1+1/2 hours.

Press batter into 2 - 9 x 13 pans, that are lined with wax paper

Bake 15 - 18 minutes
