Coating Mix
2 Tbsp. Yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. paprika

¼ cup milk

1 package of 4-6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the ingredients for the coating mix and add to a gallon sized ziplock bag. Pour the milk into a plate or shallow bowl. Remove pork chops from package one at a time and dip in the milk, turning over to moisten both sides. Place pork chops one at a time into the ziplock bag containing the coating mixture and shake. Place pork chops on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 425º oven until done and brown. 35 min.
