4 eggs
3 T vanilla
2 c sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 gallon whole milk (will only use some of this gallon)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend until completely combined. Add to ice cream container (ice cream machine) and add enough whole milk to bring mixture to the max fill line on ice cream freezer. (Total amount is 12 cups). Freeze per machine instructions

**Alternate directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat until just before boiling. Add enough milk to make 12 total cups and blend in blender in batches, or with an immersion blender until completely blended. When completely blended, add cinnamon, nutmeg or other flavors and fruit or other mix-ins. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze per machine instructions
