Tomato paste
Cans of whole canned tomatoes
2 TBSP Oil
Garlic
1 TBSP Basil
water
Possible meat for gravy
sausage hot and sweet
Meatballs
brachioles
pork ribs

I have specifically not put an number of cans to use. This is up to you. I have used as many as 10 cans and frozen them in dinner size portions. You will have to figure out how much meat you use with each meal and calculate accordingly.
In general I use one can to tomato paste and 2 cloves of garlic for 5 cans of tomatoes.

Directions:
Put oil in your pot and saute garlic until light brown but not burned.
Add tomato paste and cook on very low flame for 15 minutes.
Crush tomatoes in blender and add to paste. Add salt to taste and basil. I use one can of water for every 5 cans of tomatoes.
Set on low flame and cook. My mother always told me the longer it cooks the better. I dont necessarily agree with yhat. I cook it for 6-8 hours. Much longer than that it gets dark and a burned taste.. Choose whatever meat you would like to add.
Meatballs
1 lb chopped beef
2 eggs
1 cup plain bread crumbs
hank full of grated cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
Mix together form into 2 oz balls. Bake in oven until light brown. Add to gravy.
Sausage
1 lb each of hot and sweet sausage
Bake in oven until ligh tbrown. Add to gravy pot.
Brochioles
As butcher for a slice of top round or bottlom rou,nd sliced thin.
Make a mixture of btreadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic poweder parsley pine nuts.
Sprinkle on beef and roll. Tie with a srting and bake in the ovn until light brown.
Then add to grave,
