1 c pecans
2 c cashews
1 lg egg white
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbs cumin
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:

250º
Beat the egg white
Coat nuts then sprinkle with spices.
Line pan with parchment
Bake about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
