6 Tbs white wine
1 c plus 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
3/4 lb haricots verts
1 tsp lemon juice
Tuna steaks
1/4 c basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, vinegar, sugar and pepper in pan and simmer 25-30 minutes
Combine tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 t salt, and pepper. Toss
Combine haricots vert with salt and pepper. Cook.
Grill tuna. Plate. Add basil to tomatoes. Top with beans, and tomatoes and balsamic sauce.
