2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
4 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom, or cream of celery, soup
Potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions (measurements are approximate.)
Mix rice, chicken and soup—place in 2 qt. casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees or until bubbly.

Serves 4-6 well.
