1 9” pastry shell
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ c. onion flakes
½ c. milk
1/3 c. ketchup
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices American cheese
1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Prick pastry shell. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 10-15 min. Cool. Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread in shell. Bake in medium heat oven (350 degrees) 45 min. Put cheese on meat and return to oven until melted. Add a little mustard between cheese slices.

Serve with green beans and fresh orange slices.
